Returns accepted within 14 days You have the right to change your mind. We accept returns of unused products within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that items must be returned in their original, unused condition, including after photo shoots or any other daily use, and in their original packaging.
Return procedure To initiate a return, you can do so directly from your customer account, by accessing your orders.
If you do not have a customer account, please contact our customer service department by email at nooma@lmr-supply.com . You will then receive detailed instructions on how to return your item. It is important to follow these instructions carefully to ensure your return is processed efficiently.
Return shipping costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A Chronopost return label will be sent to you once your return request has been approved. The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund issued after the item has been received and inspected.
Refund Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, less any return shipping costs, if applicable. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed, but don't worry, we typically process returns within 2-4 days.
